Questions we answer at the counter.
Short versions are below. The longer rules are on shipping, returns, and the request form.
How do I order gear?
Add items to a request and send the form, or call +1 (386) 983-4111 and read us the catalog number. A request is not a payment and it does not reserve the item. We confirm what is on hand, the tax, and the total. You pay when you pick up, or when you accept a shipping quote.
When do I pay?
After we confirm. This website does not take card numbers. At the counter we take cash, debit, and major credit cards. For a shipped order we send a payment request only after you accept the quote. We will not ask you to pay by wire transfer, gift card, or cryptocurrency.
Can I pick up the same day?
Often, if we confirm before 3 p.m. on a day the counter is open and the item is already at 2430 South Nova Rd. If we have to bring the item in, the confirmation gives you a date. Call ahead on race weekends and holidays.
Do you ship outside Florida?
Yes, as a quoted shipment. The rates on the shipping page are for pickup and for Florida addresses. An address outside Florida is priced on the request before you pay.
How do I choose an RV cover?
Measure the body length without the trailer hitch, and the height to the tallest fixed point, including the air conditioner. The 20–24 ft cover is for travel trailers in that length. The 26–30 ft cover is for a Class C in that length. Put the year and model in the request. We will tell you if the cut is wrong before you pay.
Is sales tax included?
No. Listed prices are in US dollars before Florida sales tax. We add the tax that applies to a South Daytona pickup or a Florida delivery when we confirm the request.
What is the return window?
30 days from pickup, or from the carrier delivery scan, for unused gear with tags on. A cover that has been on a vehicle is used. Damaged deliveries should be reported within 48 hours. The returns page has the exceptions.
Do you rent campers on this website?
Camper rental dates are quoted by phone, not booked in the catalog. Call +1 (386) 983-4111 and ask what is free for your dates. This website is the gear counter: covers, camping, grills, and road kits.
Will you hold an item?
After we confirm, we hold the gear for pickup through the end of the next counter day unless the email says otherwise. You still pay when you pick it up. An unconfirmed list in your browser stays on your device. We cannot see it until you send the form or call.
Can I use a grill on the beach?
Flame rules depend on the park, the campground, or the city. Check that rule before you light anything. Our grills are for a legal, level, outdoor spot away from awnings and dry grass. We do not fill propane cylinders.
