Information you give us
- Name, phone number, and email address on the request form.
- Pickup or shipping choice, a shipping address if you want one, and the gear you describe.
- The text of emails you send to [email protected] or [email protected].
- Rental questions you send to the desk. Those are handled as customer messages, not as a separate website account. We do not offer customer accounts.
Information collected automatically
The site can store a cookie that remembers your cookie choice, and this browser can store your request list in local storage under the key drv_quote_v1. That list stays on your device until you clear it or send it to us. If you accept analytics or marketing cookies and a tag is later installed, the tag may collect IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from the IP address. No analytics tag is installed on the public files as shipped. Consent defaults to denied.
